The Kahnawake Gaming Commission, established on 10 Ohiarí:ha/June 1996 pursuant to the provisions of the Kahnawake Gaming Law, MCR No. 26 / 1996-97, is presently comprised of three members appointed by the Mohawk Council of Kahnawake: Alan Goodleaf (Chairperson), John K. Diabo, and David Montour.

The Commission is empowered to regulate and control gaming and gaming related activities conducted within and from the Mohawk Territory of Kahnawake in accordance with the highest principles of honesty and integrity. Complaints are received and reviewed by the Commission in accordance with the procedures set out in Regulations and, where appropriate, with the assistance of professional advisors. Any complaints about a gaming operation holding a permit issued by the Commission should be directed in writing to the Commission at the mailing address or fax number on our contact page or by using the complaint form. The Commission is committed to responding to all complaints promptly and to facilitating appropriate solutions between complainants and operators.
